# IXIR Claim and Refund Policy

* Claim and refund decision times are different for every project but they last between 12 and 48 hours.
* If you do not claim or refund (decide) you are considered to have claimed.
* All actions are synchronized as fast as possible. If you claim, you receive your tokens instantly. If you refund, you receive your funds back instantly.

### Flexi

Flexi Listings give you flexibility and control over your investment.

You can:

* Claim your investment in parts, according to the set project schedule.
* Get a full refund if you change your mind, you must decide within the decision time.
* Partially claim and refund the rest of your investment, within the decision time.

For example, if you invested 1000 USDT in a project, with 25% on TGE, and a 3 month vesting schedule:

* You can claim all the tokens.
* You can refund all your money.
* You can claim 250 USDT worth of tokens and refund the rest, within the decision time.

Your claims and refunds are your choice, but you can only do them within the set schedule.

### Ultimate Call

Ultimate Call listings give you one clear, final choice.

Decision time:

* Opens at TGE and lasts 12 – 48 hours (exact time is on the project page).

You can:

* Claim all your tokens.\
 – Your tokens are unlocked strictly by the vesting schedule (example: 25 % at TGE, the rest monthly).\
 – After claiming you cannot request a refund.

OR

* Refund all your money.\
 – You receive 100 % of your contribution back instantly.\
 – You will not receive any tokens later.

If you do nothing during the decision time:

* The system treats you as if you claimed.
* Your money stays in the project.
* Your tokens follow the vesting schedule.
* Refund is no longer possible after the window closes.

Rules

* Only one action is allowed—claim or refund.
* Actions are processed immediately.
* No mixed or partial actions are possible.

*\*TGE = Token Generation Event (the day the tokens are generated and distributed to investors)*
