IXIR Claim and Refund Policy
IXIR's Claim and refund policy is designed to protect both investors and projects. We offer two types of Secure Listings: Flexi and Loyalty.
Claim and refund decision times are different for every project but they last between 12 and 48 hours.
If you do not claim or refund (decide) you are considered to have claimed.
All actions are synchronized as fast as possible. If you claim, you receive your tokens instantly. If you refund, you receive your funds back instantly.
Flexi
Flexi Listings give you flexibility and control over your investment.
You can:
Claim your investment in parts, according to the set project schedule.
Get a full refund if you change your mind, you must decide within the decision time.
Partially claim and refund the rest of your investment, within the decision time.
For example, if you invested 1000 USDT in a project, with 25% on TGE, and a 3 month vesting schedule:
You can claim all the tokens.
You can refund all your money.
You can claim 250 USDT worth of tokens and refund the rest, within the decision time.
Your claims and refunds are your choice, but you can only do them within the set schedule.
Loyalty
Loyalty Listings allow you to:
Claim your Investment according to the set project schedule.
Do a single action in each vesting schedule.
Refunds are available within the decision times of the first two vesting schedules.
You can do only a single action each vesting schedule.
Get a refund if you choose, within the decision times of the first two vesting schedules.
For example, if you invested 1000 USDT in a project, with 25% on TGE, and a 3 month vesting schedule:
You must make a decision within the decision times of listing.
You can claim all the tokens.
You can refund all your money during the TGE.
You can claim 250 USDT worth of tokens at TGE, and refund the rest in the 1st vesting schedule after TGE.
Your claims and refunds are your choice, but you can only do one action within the allocated times.
*TGE = Token Generation Event (the day the tokens are generated and distributed to investors)
